Time passes - problem not solved. There is nothing more precious than human life, but people are dying - the problem is not solved. Cities are being destroyed - the problem is not solved. The consciousness of people is poisoned by malice - the problem is not solved.

Before formulating it, you need to decide on the participants:

Armenia is the oldest country in the world (6500 BC). With her in the same row in antiquity are: Egypt (6000 BC), Greece (4500 BC), India (2500 BC), China (2100 BC).

Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is a province of Armenia at least as old as Armenia (6500 BC), but the first written records about the region of Nagorno-Karabakh belong to the sources of the kingdom of Urartu (VIII-VII century BC).

"Azerbaijan" (in quotation marks because the name is stolen from Iran) is an entity declared by the state in 1918, with the age not even of a baby, but of an embryo (just over 100 years old). (Further on, not "Azerbaijan", but "Embryonastan", but better, simply: "Embryo", because it is easier to write and read in any language).

And imagine that "Embryo" ("Azerbaijan") disputes the territorial affiliation of Artsakh, and what's even more nonsense - Armenia itself! This is the essence of the "problem" "Azerbaijan". (Let me remind you that Armenia and Artsakh have no problems - as they lived on the lands of their ancestors, they live and will live).

Did you feel funny about who is arguing with whom? It would be funny if it weren't so sad. Because this “Embryo”, conditionally born in 1918, but, in fact, is a war criminal, and constantly commits genocide against Armenians and other peoples. And this monster against humanity, which killed tens of thousands of innocent people, is still at large: it continues the policy of its younger brother, Turkey, formed in 1923. (Here you can laugh for the second time: Turkey, a state that did not exist at that time, was the first to recognize the independence of "Azerbaijan").

But how could these two entities behave in this way if it were not for the connivance (perhaps, and incitement) of the strong world powers? Of course not! But in this publication we do not consider other questions, except for one - how to stop the bloodshed?

Similar problems in earlier times (Ancient or Middle Ages), with difficulties, but were solved, but in modern times - the time of resources and technologies - it is no longer so simple. Because whoever has resources (gas, oil, minerals) buys technology, and vice versa. And modern military technology is a murder weapon on a very large scale.

And, here, one such armed "Embryo" sits, which did not become a fetus, and "spawns trouble" (troublemaker). Everyone. First of all, neighbors.

Why is he doing this? There are many reasons for this - from the preservation of power through the killing of indigenous peoples in the war, who also have the right to power in "Embryonastan" to hiding corruption in power.

So what to do? No persuasion, international law, the right to self-determination, and so on, did not help and do not help, because good deals with evil, with a monster without intelligence. Where does such a fetus, and especially an embryo, have brains? So the only way to solve the problem is abortion.

Now let's move from analogies directly to the point.

As you know, the foundation and heritage of any state is its people . Are there people in "Azerbaijan"? There is! Azerbaijani? No - there was no such people, and there is no such thing. These may be Turks (possibly a mixture of Seljuks, Ottomans, Turkomans, etc.) or Caspian Tatars, but not Azerbaijanis. (On this issue, we refer readers to the words of Heydar Alirz oglu Aliyev, the late Soviet statesman, party and political figure, who lamented the lack of permanence in the name of his people, and also confirmed the loss of Nagorno-Karabakh within the territory of "Azerbaijan").

And here are what really autochthonous (indigenous) peoples* live in "Azerbaijan", and have a legal right to statehood (see map):

1. Armenians - Republic of Artsakh (the total number of Armenians according to the population census in "Azerbaijan" in 1926 was 12.4 %).
2. Avartsi - Avarstan (dolya avartsev - 0.8%).
3. Tsakhuri and Lezgin - Tsakhuro-Lezgin Republic (Tsakhuri - 0.7%, Lezgini - 1.6 %).
4. Talysh - Talysh-Mugansk Republic (Talysh - 3.4%).

* The names of the republics and the list of peoples participating in independence can be changed peacefully by agreement of the parties. The oversight of this work should be entrusted to the UN (United Nations Organization). Moreover, each of the participants in the negotiations should receive a warning from the UN that any attempt to resolve disputes by force of arms or otherwise, contrary to the UN Charter, should be punished by a UN decision to exclude this people from the participants in possible independence.

The authorities of "Embryonastan" have long ago rewritten everyone into their nationality, therefore, even in the indicated year, and, moreover, now, the numbers on the number are underestimated. But this should not embarrass anyone - the peoples will return to their lands, because their national self-consciousness will wake up, and therefore their identity will manifest itself. Yes, the states will be considered dwarf, along with the existing ones, for example, the smallest of the states is considered to be the Pitcairn Islands (the only British overseas territory in the Pacific Ocean) with a population of only ... 47 people (2021), or Monaco - 38350 people (2020), and in the Vatican - 825 people, but does this bother anyone?

SOLUTION OF "PROBLEMS" OF "AZERBAIJAN" (version). THE PROBLEM OF EVIL ("AZERBAIJAN") IT IS SOLVED BY DECLARING THE INDEPENDENCE OF 4 REPUBLICS OF AUTOCHTHONOUS PEOPLES ON THE TERRITORY OF "AZERBAIJAN", without the right to have offensive weapons.

Why four, if there are 6 republics on the map? That's right: six. One formation is called: "Confederation", and the second: "Bagavan" , which includes today's city "Baku". Since “Baku” is the city of “Bakurakert”, founded by Armenians back in the 5th-8th centuries of our era - and the Armenians built it, and the Armenians raised it, and “Azerbaijan” did not pay in any way for the murder of Armenians, the seized property, the bombed cities, then this city and "Bagavan" should be transferred under the control of the Republic of Armenia, as an exclave. The exclave should also be provided with the right to have a corridor through the "Confederation" to the Republic of Artsakh.

Касательно «Confederation», - можно рассматривать вариант его передачи под управление тех стран, которые помогут реализовать право на независимость названных республик, но под эгидой ООН.

Thus, if the independence of six territorial units on the former territory of "Azerbaijan" is declared, the problem of wars from the east will be solved for many centuries: peoples will begin peaceful coexistence and development, finally .

The implementation plan for such a project is easy to read. But a competent approach to its implementation is required.

And if it seemed to someone that this whole proposal was the fruit of the author’s sick imagination, then this is about the same as disputing the territorial affiliation of the ancient Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Armenia, no matter which side such a claim comes from.< /p>
